Those wacky Japanese tend to use such titles, rather than given names, when talking face-to-face or even ABOUT the person in question. In this case, when talking to her brother, Meishin calls him "Aniki," rather than "Steve." You might want to use something like Broadcast Titler or Pro Video Post to put a "Mr. Language" bit at the beginning of the video to explain this. Admit it -- it would sound pretty stupid in English to go around calling brothers and sisters "Brother," and "Sister," so I thought it'd be better if I just went ahead and used the word "Aniki" when it's used like a name, and put in "brother," when the guy's just being referred to. It sounds more natural, even though it may cause a bit more trouble since you've gotta explain what the heck the word means SOMEHOW...
